摘要
通过对不同烧结工艺生产的硬质合金顶锤进行解剖分析,发现不论哪种烧结工艺生产的顶锤,均存在着从表层至中心部位的成分和性能的不均匀性,只是程度和趋向不同而已,它严重地影响了顶锤的质量。作者分析了产生这种现象的原因,从脱胶和真空烧结两大工序作了大量的试验,最后找到了在真空烧结过程中进行某种技术处理解决了这一难题。试验结果表明该方法对解决成分和性能的不均匀性和提高顶锤的质量是有效的。
Through dissection and analysis of cemented carbide anvils produced in different sintering process,the auther of this paper found that the anvils produced in varieties of sintering process are all existence unhomogeneity of composition and property fron its surface Layer to core,they severe effect the guality of anvilx.In order to solve th problem,the author carried out considerable test from dewaximg to vacuum synteryng,the testing result shows that addition of some gas in vacuum sintering procassing can be solved these problem.
