摘要
介绍了一种耐磨和耐腐蚀性能均佳的新型硬质材料－YCN3合金。通过降低合金中粘结金属的含量，选择耐蚀的金属添加组元，使所研制的合金在不降低原有性能指标的情况下，合金耐腐蚀性能有了较大幅度提高。同时，由于节省了稀缺金属Co，使合金材料成本较之YG6合金降低20％。
A new kind of hardmetal YCN3 alloy with well characterized wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance properties is introduced. By reducing the content of binder metal and selectiveIy using corrosion-resistance alloying additions Largely enhance the alloy's corrosion-resistance property. Other property parameters of the alloy's have not decline than the original one's. The production cost of the alloy has decreased 20percent on account of saving rare material-cobalt.
