摘要
添加絮凝剂是改善充填效果的有效途径之一,通过添加适量聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂,可加速充填浆体在采空区内的沉降、减少水泥离析和加速脱水,提高充填体强度和改善充填体的均质性.白银公司的试验表明,添加量6~8 g/t时,可使浆体沉降速度提高1.88倍,水泥离析指标降低79%,试样抗压强度提高21.3%.絮凝剂的添加量对充填效果呈非线性关系.
Addition of flocculant is one of the effective ways to improve the filling effect. The addition of an appropriate amount of polyacrylamide as the flocculant can accelerate the settlement of the filling slurry in the mined area, reduce cement isolation, promote the dehydration and improve the strength and homogenity of the filling body. The test of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Co. showed that an addition Of 6 - 8 g/t flocculant could achieve a 1.88 - fold increase of the slurry settling velocity, a 79% reduction of cement isolation and a 21.3% increase of compression strength of the sample. The flocculant dosage had a nonlinear relationship with the filling effect.
