提高某难选氧化铜矿石铜回收率的试验研究 被引量:20

摘要 针对某铜硫矿原选铜药剂制度不适应新矿源高硫难选氧化铜矿石的性质,致使铜回收率仅53%左右的现状,采用先添加硫化剂硫化,再以丁黄药+羟肟酸+煤油组合捕收剂强化捕收的新药剂制度,可以大幅度地提高该难选氧化铜矿石的分选指标,小型试验铜回收率可达79.47%,工业试验结果与原生产指标相比,回收率提高20.54个百分点,同时精矿铜品位提高1.04个百分点。 In view of the fact that the original copper separatoin reagent regime for copper-sulfur ore was not suitable to the high sulfur copper oxide ore from a new source, which led to a copper recovery of only about 53%, a new reagent regime consisting of sulfuration by sulphidizer and collector intensification by butyl xanthate + hydroximic acid + kerosene was used which could greatly improve the metallurgical performances of this refractory copper oxide ore. A copper recovery of 79.47% was achieved in the batch scale test and compared to the original production indexes, an increase of 20.54 percentage points in copper recovery and an increase of 1.04 percentage point in the copper grade of concentrate were achieved in the industrial test.
