摘要
为提高硅藻土矿利用价值,进行了微波作用下硅藻土矿的稳态酸浸提纯研究。研究结果表明,微波作用下,随着反应温度、硫酸浓度、液固比的升高以及反应时间的延长,硅藻土矿铁的浸出率增加;根据对主要影响因素的正交试验结果,确定了微波作用下硅藻土稳态酸浸提纯工艺的较佳条件为温度90℃、H2SO4浓度40%、反应时间60 m in。
To improve the utilization value of diatomite ore, a research on isothermal stable state acid leaching purification by microwave was made. The research results show that, under the function of microwave, the iron leaching rate of diatomite increased with the increase of the reaction temperature, sulphuric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio and the prolongation of the reaction time. Based on the orthogonal test results of the main affecting factors, the optimal process conditions for the isothermal stable state acid leaching purification of diatomite ore by microwave were determined to be: temperature, 90℃ ;H2SO4 concentration, 40% ; and the reaction time ,60 min.
