摘要
文章在介绍俄罗斯高等教育经费改革的基础上,从较深的层次论述了俄罗斯教育中存在的性别歧视问题,并对由此产生的俄罗斯教育经费的投入问题进行了较为详尽和深入的分析。通过对此问题的研究,我们可以透视出教育经费改革是经济改革的重要举措,与俄罗斯的政治命运息息相关。
Based on the financing reform of Russian higher education,the article comments on the gender discrimination in Russian education and probes into Russian educational funds investment.From the study, we can find out that educational financing reform is the important measurement of economic reform,which is related closely to Russian political fate.
