城市社区党建:加强党的建设的战略性选择

The Party Building in the City Community:a Strategic Choice of Strengthening the Party Building

随着单位体制的式微,城市社区日益成为党的建设的重要战略性空间,是党开展自身建设,凝聚群众,获得民心,巩固执政社会基础的新的阵地依托。在推动社区建设方面,政党相对于政府及中国共产党相对于一般国家政党或执政党的优势,使党在城市社区开展党的建设,不仅具有了极大的必要性,且具备了充分的可能性。推进城市社区建设和加强党的建设具有内在统一性。中国共产党必须以实现城市社区建设和党的建设的良性互动双赢为目标,加强城市社区党建工作。

With the weakening of the influence of working units, the city community is becoming more and more important in the building of the Communist Party in China（CPC）. It is also a new and good place of which the CPC can make use to develop itself, to unite the people, to gain the support from the people and to consolidate the leadership of our party. In the city community construction, parties can do much more than governments. The CPC, in contrast to governing parties in other countries, has more advantages of building the party in the city community, which is not only of great necessity, but also of much possibility. There exists an internal accordance between the construction of the city community and the building of the CPC. Therefore, the CPC should strengthen its work in the city community, for the purpose of double benefits of both city community construction and the party building.
