区域风险投资环境的AHP模糊综合评价

Analysis on Regional Venture Capital Environment Based on AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

针对我国风险投资快速发展的背景,为对大城市风险投资环境评价提供决策依据,将AHP和模糊综合评价结合,应用于风险投资环境分析.以西部某大城市的为例,评价指标体系分为目标层、含8个因素的准则层和含36个指标的指标层.评价结果表明,采用这种方法分析大城市风险投资环境,可以解决风险因素的多层次性与复杂性造成的评价结果的离散问题.

AHP （analytic hierarchy progress ） and fuzzy evaluation were combined to get a comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating venture capital environments of big cities in China, where there have been fast developments in venture capital. A big city in west China was taken as an example. The evaluation index system in the example consists of three layers： an objective layer, a rule layer with 8 factors, and an index layer with 36 indexes. The evaluation result shows that explicit evaluation results can be obtained with the proposed method and scattering of results due to multilayer and complexity of venture factors can be avoided.
