摘要
为对脊神经元与肌肉功能相关的弥散性蛋白的活性成分进行比较分析,作者就神经损伤后,来自远、近断端的神经再生条件液中的蛋白成分的差异进行了研究。并试图通过电刺激促进脊神经元与失神经肌肉功能的恢复。结果显示在分子量约为6~10KD区域远端神经干神经断端再生条件液(NRCF)中蛋白含量明显高于近端神经干。在电刺激促进脊神经元与失神经肌肉功能恢复条件下,其相应源于近端神经干与远端神经干的NRCF中的蛋白,在29~47KD,16~29KD区域分子量区域分别高于对照组。
SDratswererandomlydividedintofourgroupsof20each;electrostimulationofmyeloneure(GroupN);electrostimuationofthedenervatedmuscle(GroupM);GroupC1;andGoupC2.Theleftlateralsciaticnerveofratswasexercised2mminlength,andthedistalnervestumpofthegoupC2andMandproximalnervestampoftheGroupC1andNwereeachsuluredintothesilconcham-berwiththeopposileendligatedsothata10mmwasleftbetweenthestumpandtheblindendofcham-ber.At3rd,7th,14th,21thand28thdayafternervetransectionandtubeimplantation,thefluidinthesilicontubewasaspirated.Thesamplesoffluidwerespunand4μlaliguotsweretakenfromthesuperratant.ThensubiectedtothealiquotsweretakenbyphasesystemandassayedbyGelscansystem.TheresultsshowedthattheGroupC2andMhadahighlyincreaseintheproteinamount.ThanthatofgroupC1andNintherangeof6~10KDmolecularweight.In29~47KDmolecularweightrange,thevarietyofproteinmolecularweightinaliguotsoftheGroupNhadandobviousincreasecomparedwiththegroupC1.In16~29KD,theproteinamountintheGroupMwasmorethanthatintheGroupC2.
