摘要
采用优良的电荷给体N,N-二乙基修饰配体,设计合成了两种新型可溶性席夫碱配体及其锌配合物,并对其电致发光性质进行了研究。两种配体和配合物均呈现很好的发光性能,通过增大配体的共轭结构,成功地调节了材料的发光光谱,吸收峰由397 nm红移到429 nm,发射峰相应的由543 nm红移到560 nm。以配合物ZnDEDN为掺杂客体材料,聚合物PVK为主体材料,制备了结构为ITO/PVK∶ZnDEDN/BCP/Alq3/LiF/Al的有机电致发光器件,器件的最大发光效率为0.19 cd/A,最大亮度为143 cd/m2。
Two soluble Schiff bases and their Zn complexes functionalized with electron-donor groups were synthesized, characterized and evaluated for use in electroluminescence devices. The optical properties of these materials have been successfully manipulated with increasing conjugated structures. The absorption peaks of the compounds shifted from 397 nm to 429 nm, and the emission peaks shifted from 543 nm to 560 nm, respectively. An electroluminescence device of ITO/PVK: ZnDEDN/BCP/Alq3/LiF/Al was fabricated by spin-coating the blend of a polymer PVK and the ZnDEDN with precise doping ratio. The luminance efficiency and the maximum luminance were about 0.19 cd/A at current density 0.38 mA/cm^2 and 143 cd/m2 at 27.5 V. The turn-on voltage was 14.5 V (at 1 cd/m^2). These preliminary results illustrated that this kind of complexes can be new candidates for light emitting diodes.
