摘要
通过重氮化反应和耦合反应合成了一种新的液晶显示用高二向色性偶氮染料A,用质谱、核磁共振谱对染料结构进行了表征,并研究了染料的二向色性和紫外吸收波谱。结果表明,染料A的二向色性D‖/D⊥达到7.5,λmax=475 nm。通过对A的分子结构改变,我们在A的基础上对A的尾链进行了改进,得到另一新的高二向色性偶氮染料A*,它的D‖/D⊥达到18.0,是目前报道过的二向色性染料材料的最高值。
Two new azo-dyes with high dichroic ratio, which are used in liquid crystal display,are synthesized through diazotizing reaction and coupling reaction. The structure of azo-dye was characterized by mass spectrum and ^1H NMR, and the dichroic ratio and UV absorbing of dyes were studied. The results show that dyes A has D∥/D⊥=7.5,λmax=475 nm. Through changing the structure of dyes A, another dyes A^* with D∥/D⊥=18.0 was obtained,which is the best result reported.
