摘要
缄默知识是教师的一种日用而不知的内隐观念,使教师无法真正获得教育改革所倡导的新理念,并使他们的日常教育行为因循守旧。本文试图指出隐藏在教育行为后的这类缄默知识,并分析它们的负面影响。
Tacit knowledge is often implicit. Although teachers use their tacit knowledge every day, they don't realize they have done it. Negative tacit knowledge would block teachers to accept new ideas that are advocated in current education reform, and make their everyday practice follow the old routines. The paper tries to open up some familiar tacit knowledge and analyze its negative influence.
