摘要
幼儿园根据自己的办园理念和思路,以教师为主体,自主进行的园本教育研究是学前教育科研摆脱困境,走向成熟的必然选择,其运作必须遵循以幼儿园为本、以教师为本、以孩子为本的基本原则。
Kindergarten-based research can and disadvantages objectively and to find and help kindergartens to analyze their advantages identify their own specific problems that they should solve at present or in future. As an important and necessary approach to improve kindergartens' education quality, kindergarten-based research should take into account the real conditions of the kindergarten and its teachers and children for development of the kindergarten and its teachers and children is the one and only goal of such research.
