摘要
在国内外文献提出的空间数据质量内容组成的基础上,根据1∶5万矢量地形数据的特点,提出了1∶5万矢量地形数据的一级和二级质量元素,以及各质量元素的权重系数。对缺陷扣分法和模糊综合评价法进行了改进,提出了加权缺陷扣分法和多层次模糊综合评价法,并给出了1∶5万矢量地形数据质量评定的应用实例。
According to the characteristics of 1 : 50 000 terrain vector data, this paper brings forward the first-level quality element and second-level quality element of 1 : 50 000 terrain vector data and their individual weights based on the content component of spatial data quality in the reference home and abroad. It also improves the deficiency score decrease method and fuzzy synthetic assessment method, brings forward weighted deficiency score decrease assessment method and multi-layer fuzzy synthetic assessment method, and cite an example of the quality assessment for 1 : 50 000 terrain vector data.
