基于空间激光牛顿环的导轨检测系统

A Checking System for Elevator's Track Based on Adaxial Interference Laser

介绍了一种新型的激光准直系统用于电梯的导轨检测基于空间激光牛顿环的电梯导轨检测系统。本系统利用激光空间相干技术及其CCD中心探测技术,实现电梯导轨检测工作达到高精度、自动化。本系统还可用于直线导轨产品的直线度检测以及大坝的变形监测。

In order to keep the elevator works safely and placidly, one of the key factors is the tracks of elevator should keep linearity and identical to plumb line. In this paper, a new auto-checking system for the track of elevator which is based on adaxial interference I.aser and CCD video is introduced. By using of this system, we can guide the installation or check the track of elevator quickly, automatically and high accurately.
