摘要
为了给超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的挤出成型加工技术及设备开发提供理论基础,对UHMWPE单螺杆挤出机挤出成型过程进行了分析,建立了挤出压力的数学模型以及原料的熔融过程理论,提出了能够正常挤出的两个基本条件:即P3max>PN和熔融过程必须充分,建立、丰富和完善了高黏度材料挤出成型理论。
The extruding molding process of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) on a single screw extruder was analyzed, while the mathematic equation to calculate the total extruding press and the theory dealing with the melting mechanism of the raw material were established. This was aiming at founding the theoretical basis to the development of the extruding molding technique and facilities. It was suggested that two essential conditions, i.e., P_ 3max>P_ N and adequate melting of the raw material should be ensured for the smooth extruding of UHMWPE. It was expected that the present research would contribute to enrich and add to the extruding molding theory on high-viscosity materials.
