摘要 目前水性环氧涂料以亲水性的固化剂为主,它们与树脂之间的相溶性不好,直接影响了涂料的固化成膜和涂层性能。为此,制备了固化剂为水分散型的水性环氧涂料,研究了其固化机理,重点讨论了不同用量的水和成膜助剂对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:环氧水分散型固化剂涂料中的加水量对体系的黏度影响不大,而环氧亲水性固化剂涂料中的加水量对体系的黏度影响较大;成膜助剂2,2,4三甲基戊二醇1,3单异丁酸酯(TEXANOL)的加入可以显著降低乳液的最低成膜温度,并可取得较好的成膜效果。研制的水性环氧涂料具有较好的综合性能。 Most of the hydrophilic curing agents used for water-borne epoxy resin coatings have poor compatibility with the epoxy resin. This could be harmful to the curing process and the coating performance as well. Thus a curing agent dispersible in aqueous and having good compatibility with water-borne epoxy resin was developed. The fabrication process and curing mechanism of the water-borne epoxy resin coating in the presence of the aqueous dispersed curing agent were studied. The influence of water and film-forming auxiliary agents on the properties of the coating was highlighted. It was found that the newly developed water-borne epoxy resin coating had good comprehensive properties. Water had little influence on the viscosity of the epoxy resin paint cured with the curing agent dispersible in aqueous, but it had significant effect on the viscosity of the coating cured with conventional hydrophilic curing agent. Moreover, the film-forming auxiliary agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-,3-pentane-diol monobutyrate(TEXANOL) was able to greatly reduce the minimum film-forming temperature of the emulsion and improve the quality of the final coating.
