摘要
以煤气化为核心的多联产能源系统是资源、能源和环境一体化的系统,是我国可持续发展能源的重要组成部分.但目前缺乏对其全面、系统、客观的评价和分析,人们对其节能机理的认识还不是十分深刻.采用矩阵模式热经济学方法分析多联产系统,方便地得到了系统火用成本形成过程,对不同品位的能在热力系统生产流程的不同部位进行了合理的定价.如在煤价300元/t时,得到电力成本为0.286元/(kW·h),甲醇成本为926元/t.通过比较单产系统和多联产系统各子系统的成本差和火用经济系数指标,明确了多联产系统效益的来源和今后努力的方向.
Poly-generation energy system based on coal gasification integrates resource, energy and environment, which will be an important part of the sustainable developing energy system for China. But the complete, systemic and external evaluation of poly-generation is still lacking, and the energy saving mechanism is not deeply recognized as well. By introducing matrix mode thermo-economic method, the energy flows with different qualities in different parts of system are rationally fixed prices. The calculated electricity cost is 0. 286 yuan/(kW · h) and the methanol cost is 926 yuan/t. Also some indicators like cost difference and exergy economic coefficient of subsystems in poly-generation system and single system are compared, which definite the source of benefit and point out the direction for further improvement.
