摘要
在温度(28±1)℃的实验室条件下,用化学农药毒死蜱和除尽与斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(SLNPV)混合感染4龄期的斜纹夜蛾幼虫.结果表明:终浓度为10%常用量的化学农药病毒悬液,7 d的毒力倍数为1 194.09和661.40;LT50缩短2.319~2.916 d;终浓度为5×106PIB/mL的SLNPV农药稀释液,5 d的毒力倍数为2.75和2,其理论值LT50分别缩短10.742 d和6.402 d.
Fourth-instar larvae of Spodoptera litura F. were fed on artificial diet mixed with combinations of S. litura Nuclear polyhedrosis virus(SLNPV) and chemical insecticides including chlorpyrilos and chlorfenapyr under 28 ℃. Mortalities were observed, LC50 and LT50 values and synergic ratio were determined. The results showed that SLNPV mixed with chemical insecticides can coordinate with each other and enhance the last mortalities. When 10% normal use of chemical insecticides was used to SLNPV, the synergic ratio was 1 194. 09 and 661.40 at the seventh day, LT50 is shortened by 2. 319-2. 916 days. When SLNPV of 10^6PIB/mL was added to chemical insecticides, the synergic ratio is 2. 75 and 2 at the fifth day ,LT50 is shortened by 10. 472 d and 6. 402 d at the seventh day.
