摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根浸膏中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量.采用Lu_Na C18色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇+水(70+30),用磷酸调节pH=4.0;流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm.靛蓝、靛玉红的平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.56%和98.82%,RSD(n=5)为0.46%和0.45%.本研究建立了一种快速、准确、灵敏的HPLC测定板蓝根浸膏中靛蓝、靛玉红含量的方法.
The RP-HPLC was employed to study on the determination of indigo and indirubin in Banlangen Jingao. Lu-Na C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as the separation column, with CH3OH + H2O (70 + 30, pH= 4.0) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. The average recoveries and RSD % ( n = 5 ) for indigo and indirubin were 99.56 % (0.46) and 98.82 % (0.45) respectively. A rapid, accurate RP-HPLC method for the determination of indigo and indirubin in Banlangen Jingao was established.
