幼儿教育事业发展现状分析及相关建议

On the Development of Chinese Preschool Education

发展幼儿教育是整个教育事业的需求,但幼儿教育事业的发展现状还存在农村低入园率导致全国总体上呈下降趋势;多主体办园的局面基本形成熏但管理比较混乱;幼儿园教师的学历水平和专业化程度总体上稳步上升,但城乡差距大;幼儿教育经费投入严重不足等问题。因此,针对幼儿教育事业的发展现状,要实现幼儿教育事业发展的规划目标,各级政府就必须高度重视幼儿教育;积极鼓励社会力量办园,扶持农村幼教发展;大力保障幼儿教育事业经费的投入;努力形成城乡合理的教师流动机制。

Preschool education is the basis of national education, but the development of Chinese preschool education is not as good as expected. In countries, children often have no money to attend kindergartens; government＇s outlay for preschool education is limited; private kindergartens＇ management is often in confusion. Such status quo is worrying. The author gives his suggestions on how to improve Chinese preschool education as follows.
