摘要
本文从发展性教师评价理论出发,分析了自我评价在发展性教师评价中的作用,并提出了一些实施策略。
As a kind of developmental teacher assessments, self-assessment is an important approach to help teachers develop in their profession. To realize such an exciting the new assessment requires establish new assessment environment, design new appraisal contents and use different assessment measures from before as shown in the following essay.
