摘要
以某钢厂生产用地下水池为例,对处于湿陷性黄土场地上的地下旋流池结构的防水性能进行了分析,提出旋流池结构除应满足沉井结构设计要求外,应着重分析旋流池结构的抗渗性、抗裂性和耐久性。旋流池混凝土结构受到各种复杂荷载作用和环境侵蚀,产生裂缝是不可避免的,单纯采用抗渗混凝土进行结构自防水,难以阻止压力水的渗透而造成旋流池的渗漏。通过对旋流池结构的分析,提出旋流池结构设计中井壁选择大直径钢筋及增加池壁混凝土保护层厚度;防水设计采用结构自防水与附加防水层防水相结合的方法进行结构防水。
This text analysis waterproof capacity of the structure of the whirling pool undergrand in the collapsible loess regarding the underground pool used in production in one steel factory as the example. The author suggest that we should consider not only whirling pool structure meeting the structure designing requirement of the open caissoning but also percolating resistance, the cracking resistance and the durability. It is unavoidable that the whirling pool concrete structure produces the crack because it is loaded complicatedly function and corroded by environment factor. The percolating resistance concrete with own waterproof alonely can not stop the penetrating of the pressure water and the leak of the whirling pool. Through the analysis of the structure of whirling pool, the author suggest that large diameter reinforcing bar and increase the protective coating of concrete in structural design, and the using the method that own waterproof combines with extra-water coating in waterproof design.
