介绍了住宅性能认定过程中中期检查的定义、意义、程序和内容,根据中期检查性能评价的审查内容,提出了建立起一套完整的定性、定量的住宅性能认定中期检查指标体系要点。

This article first presents the definition, significance, program and contents of the mediumterm inspection for housing performance evaluation, and then divides the factors that affect various housing performances into 22 items and over 90 indexes according to characteristics of medium-term inspection for housing performance evaluation. Reasonable points are endowed with different factors based on their impactions to build up a complete qualitative and quantitative index system for mediumterm inspection for housing performance evaluation.
