摘要 SO_2熏染的小麦、绿豆幼苗,体内游离氨基酸、游离脯氨酸积累增多。各种植物游离脯氨酸的含量各不相同,含量高的污染后伤害小。这与逆境下游离脯氨酸积累有利于抗逆境的论点相符。 The contents of free amino acid and free proline inside wheat (Triticum sativum) and gram (Phaseblus auveus) seedlings increase, when they are fumigated with sulfur dioxide gas. Various plants content different amounts of tree proline and the plants possessing higher concentration of free proline encounter smaller injury than those of lower concentration after the fumigation. These conclusions are consistent with the fact that the accumulating of free proline under stress conditions are benifical for resisting stress conditions.
