摘要
针对电子工业中,操作人员不规范使用静电环作业时,会产生静电高压击穿电子元器件的情况,研制了一种基于主从通信模式的静电远程监测报警系统。该系统上、下位机均采用P IC单片机控制,下位机对每位操作人员的电位进行实时监测、报警,当上位机通过串行通信接口(SC I)巡检时,将工作点的电位状态送入上位机显示,从而实现远程监测。
This paper introduces a kind of static remote monitoring and alarming system which is based on master slave communication mode. This system is designed to prevent the problem that operators mishandle or forget to use the static apparatus so as to the high static voltage produced by operator will breakdown the electronic devices. The master and slave are both controlled by PIC single-chip microcomputer. The slave computer monitors the operator's potential and alarms when the potential surpasses the standard value. When the master asks the slave for the status of operators' potential through SCI,it will be delivered to the master from the slave and be shown by the display board of master, and then the function of remotemonitoring is implemented.
