介绍了可根据生产需要在单层冷流道模具和双层叠式热流道模具之间互相转换的新型多功能叠式模具,详述了CD碟包装盒新型2×2叠式模具的总体结构、工作原理和创新点。利用该新型叠式模具一次可在同一台注塑机上成型普通单层注塑模具的2倍制品,设计合理、开模可靠、生产效率高、经济性好。
The whole structure, molding principle and innovation of a 2×2 hot runner stack injection mould for CD packaging containers were recommend in detail, which could easily be changed back a single-face mold according to production task. With the reasonable layout and reliable open movement , in the the newfashioned hot runner stack mold could effectively and economically get double parts same injection machine for production.
