摘要
为改善汽油机稀燃性能,开发了一种可形成反滚流运动的辅助气道,进行了流动性能的实验研究.稳流实验台测试结果表明,仅采用辅助气道时,无量纲滚流强度最大为0.39,证实了设计的辅助气道具有较强的反滚流能力,有利于汽油机在部分负荷时实现稀薄燃烧,改善燃油经济性.增加辅助气道后,流量和流量系数比仅采用主气道时增大10%左右,并可以形成较强的斜轴涡流,有利于改善汽油机全负荷运行时的动力性能.
To improve lean burn performance of gasoline engine, an auxiliary port which can form reverse tumble was developed. Its flow performance was tested. The steady flow rig tests show a reverse tumble forms with the port. Its tumble intensity can get 0.39. This confirms the auxiliary port with a highly reverse tumble capability. It is advantage for lean burning of gasoline engine under the condition of partial load conditions. So it improves fuel economy. With the auxiliary port the flow and flow coefficient of the ports are 10% greater than the main port only. Inclined swirl can also form with the two ports. It is helpful to improve the power performance at full load.
