摘要
事件顺序记录(SOE)记录电厂事故发生前后的运行状态,其性能直接影响机组和重要辅机事故状态分析的及时性和准确性。依据国家电力行业有关规程规定,对安徽电网火电机组分散控制系统(DCS)中SOE功能及性能进行了全面的在线测试。介绍了SOE的测试方法和测试结果,表明大多数机组的SOE性能(分辨力≤2ms)满足行业规程要求。最后,对测试过程中发现的问题及进一步提高火电厂SOE应用技术水平提出了改进建议。
SOE(Sequence Of Events) records the operating states before and after power plant incidents,and its performance directly decides the timeliness and accuracy of incident analysis of unit and important auxiliary systems. According to relative national regulations of power industry, on-line performance tests of SOE function are carried out for thermal power plants of Anhui electrical network. The test method and test results are introduced,which shows the SOE performance(resolution ≤2 ms) of most units meets the requirements of relative regulations. Sugges- tions are put forward to solve the problems found during the test and raise SOE application level.
