摘要
罗家11H井是高产天然气、高含硫化氢的罗家寨气田第一口射孔完井的水平井。文章介绍了水平井射孔常用施工管柱、深度定位方法、射孔地面监测技术、射孔参数优选方案、射孔弹定向原理和枪身特殊设计等工艺技术;分析了该工艺技术在罗家11H井的施工难点以及射孔参数优化结果,并成功地应用于该井的射孔施工作业,获得较好的产能效果,为优质、高效、安全开发罗家寨高含硫化氢气藏提供了有效的射孔完井方法。
Luojia Well 11H is the first well that is completed by perforation in Luojiazhai gas field with high gas production and high H2S content. The article introduces the techniques for horizontal well perforation to use, including the conventional working string, the depth positioning method, the surface monitoring technique of perforation, the optimized program of perforating parameters, the orienting principle of perforating charge, the special design of the gun body etc. The operational difficulties and the optimized results of perforating parameters are analyzed for the technology to use in Weli Luojia 11H. The technology is applied to the well for perforation successfully and good productivity is achieved, which provides effective completion method by perforation to develop Luojiazhai gas reservoir with high H2S content by the way of high quality and efficiency and safety.
