提高高强度输气管线设计系数的可能性研究 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了高钢级管线在国内外的发展和使用情况,对国内管线设计所采用的依据和设计的现状进行了详细介绍,对提高管线的设计系数所带来的宏观经济效益进行了计算分析,论述了提高高强度输气管线设计系数对管线工业发展的重要意义。通过对“西气东输”工程中采用的X70管线钢力学性能参数的分析,对X70管线钢较其他低钢级管线的特性进行了分析,通过对管线钢常用的API标准与企业标准差异的研究,探讨了在目前技术水平条件下提高高强度管线设计系数的可能性和实际操作方法。最后指出,在现有的管线技术条件下,逐步分期提高高强度管线的设计系数是完全可行的。 The development and utilization of steel pipelines with high grade at home and abroad are introduced. The basis and current status of the pipeline design at home are described in detail. The macro-economic benefits from Increasing Design Coefficient of Pipelines are calculated and analyzed. The important significance to increase the Design Coefficient of Gas Transmission Pipelines with high strength is explained. With the analysis for the mechanical performance of X70 steel pipes used in West-east Gas Transmission Pipeline, the performance of X70 steel pipes is compared with that of other steel pipes with low grade. By studying the difference between the API standards and the industrial standards applied often in steel pipelines, it is discussed the probability and practical method to increase the design coefficient of pipelines with high strength under the current technical level. The results show it is completely feasible to increase the design coefficient of pipelines with high strength under the current technical level step by step separately.
