摘要
温泉已在医疗、工业、农业及休闲旅游业等方面得到广泛应用。近年来我国温泉旅游开发受到高度重视,温泉旅游资源开发利用研究涉及的空间范围广泛。依托我国丰富的温泉旅游资源,目前已经形成一批成熟的温泉旅游度假区,温泉休闲度假旅游已在我国逐渐兴起。但是,业界和学术界还没有充分认识到温泉旅游资源的稀缺性和脆弱性。温泉旅游项目建设还存在贵族化、劣质产品“搭便车”、旅游功能单一化等问题。当前,要在重视温泉旅游资源价值的基础上,根据市场状况选择合理的开发模式,形成多元化旅游产品,保持温泉旅游产品的价格优势。在营销方面,则要根据本地洗浴客人、外来公务游客和散客市场选择差异化战略。
Hot spring resources are widely used in medical, industry, and agriculture fields in China. Many local governments begin to exploit hot spring resources and so many hot spring holiday zones develop well in China. Many experts begin to study how to develop hot spring tourism. The people, however, still neglect the scarce and fragile property of hot spring. There are so many luxury, tinpot or single function products. It is important to attach importance of hot spring resources, select a proper development mode, integrate diversity tourism products, keep the price advantages and choose different marketing strategies according to local bathe guests, external business tourists and single tourists.
