摘要
分析了影响塑料拉伸试验结果的因素,除塑料的组成、分子结构和内部缺陷等因素直接影响拉伸性能外,试验仪器、试样制备与处理、试验环境、操作过程、数据处理、人员等因素亦影响试验结果。指出这些外部因素对试验结果的影响经过认真操作和严格控制是可以降低或避免的,从而可提高试验结果的准确性。
The factors affecting plastics tensile test results are analyzed, which include not only the component, molecule structure and internal defect of plastics, but also test instruments, sample preparation and processing, test environment, operating process, data handling and operator. It is pointed out that these outside factors can be reduced or avoided if operating and control strictly, so the accuracy of test results can be improved.
