The rational construction of economical ethics is tile consequence of the continuous interaction between economics and ethics. It is a long—standing phenomenon that economics has been seeking for the rational supporting for the economical behaviors in the ethical perspective, while ethics has been trying to justify the ethical rationality for the economical behaviors. Therefore, the development of economical ethics, based on the ethical rationality of human economical behaviors, is inevitable.
