论我国缓刑制度中的考察主体

On the Main Body of Investigation in Probation System of Our Country

缓刑是我国一项重要的刑罚制度。目前,公安机关警力有限,监督系统不畅,监督体制滞后,考察监督职责难以落实。公安机关应成立专门的考察监督机构,基层组织要建立缓刑官制度,同时应加强司法机关间的相互合作。

Probation is a vital system of punishment in our country. At present, investigation and supervision are hard to implement, for limited police force, less-sound monitor system and backward surveillance system. Public security organs should establish special investigation and supervision agencies, and grass-roots organization probation system, strengthening the mutual cooperation among judicial authorities.
