摘要
进行了由一台汽油机改造成单一燃料天然气发动机的总体设计,着重论述了发动机的电子控制系统。发动机性能试验结果表明,其最大功率和最大转矩都与原汽油机相当,而HC和CO排放量则比原机有显著的降低。
A mono-fuel CNG engine was developed based on a single-cylinder gasoline one. The working principle of CNG direct injection technology, the construction and the algorithms of control system, the calibration of CNG supplying system and the design of electronic ignition system were all introduced in detail. The engine dynamometer tests showed that with the help of control system, the maximum power output and the maximum torque of the developed CNG engine were close to those of the gasoline ones, and at the same time the emissions of HC and CO were much less than those of the gasoline engines.
