摘要
利用模糊技术对工程车辆的自动换挡方法加以分析,开发了一种工程车辆模糊自动换挡控制策略,并利用可编程控制器组成控制器,在车辆传动试验台上验证了该方法的正确性。试验结果表明,利用模糊自动换挡控制,能在不同的工况下采用不同的换挡策略,有效地避免了循环换挡、滞后换挡等问题。该控制规律丰富了工程车辆的操纵理论,并给出了一种实际可应用的控制方法。
Automatic transmission method of vehicle with application of fuzzy technology was discussed and a fuzzy automatic transmission strategy of vehicle was developed. The controller was constituted by PLC (programmable logical controller), the method has been validated correct with tests. The result showed that it could use the vary automation transmission strategy in vary situation with fuzzy transmission control method. It could effectively avoid circle transmission and lag transmission. This control method enriched manipulating theory of vehicle and gave a method that could be used in practice.
