摘要
针对目前我国农机化信息管理工作中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,提出并建立了一个基于Web GIS的农机化信息管理系统。该系统利用JAVA技术将Web GIS与传统的农机化信息管理系统相结合,实现了基于互联网/局域网的农机化信息管理功能。系统充分利用Web GIS强大的图形处理能力,实现了农机化信息可视化管理和农机化发展水平区划分析功能,解决了农机化信息统计不直观及农机化发展水平区划分析中工作量大、效率低等问题,大大提高了农机区划工作的科学性、直观性和农机化信息管理的效率。
Aiming at the problems that urgently need to be resolved in agricultural mechanization information management at present,a management information system, which provides a more effective method and technique for the agricultural mechanization information management based on Web GIS, was lodged and built. Using programming language JAVA, the system was developed in a creative way by integrating Web GIS with traditional MIS. It improved agricultural mechanization management efficiency by making fully use of the Internet/Intranet, and by using Web GIS technology. It also provided a visual way for agricultural mechanization zoning and agricultural mechanization information management, overcame the defects that zoning depended too much on labor work and the information management were not visual.
