摘要
分析了轴轴承系统中,当轴受载变形导致轴颈倾斜时,径向滑动轴承的流体动力润滑特性。计算结果表明,此时的轴承油膜压力明显偏布且最大油膜压力增大。在轴承润滑分析的基础上,将得到的轴承油膜压力作为载荷边界条件,计算了轴的应力分布。结果显示此时轴的应力分布在轴承最大油膜压力作用的邻近区域发生了明显变化,应力数值有较大增加,影响轴的强度。
Hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of a journal bearing considering misalignment caused by shaft deformation were analyzed in shaft-bearing system. There was obvious offsetting distribution of film pressure and increase of maximum film pressure on this condition. Based on lubrication analysis of journal bearing, the stress distribution of shaft was calculated by using film pressure that calculated as boundary condition of load. The results showed that there was obvious change with stress distribution and greatly increasing of stress near the district acted by maximum film pressure. The strength of shaft would be affected remarkably.
