摘要 提出基于经验模态分解的冲击脉冲法,带通滤波后,进一步采用经验模态分解方法自适应滤波提取故障轴承振动信号中的调制信息,最后应用Hilbert变换解析出故障频率。仿真信号和实验验证结果表明,与仅仅采用带通滤波器滤波比较,该方法更能突出故障频率成分,避免误诊断。 The shock pulse method (SPM) based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) was presented. After the vibration signal of rolling bearing was filtered by band-pass filter, the EMD method was introduced to self-adapting filter the signal and to extract the modulated information. At last, the fault frequency was extracted by Hilbert transform. Simulation and experiment showed that, compared with the method of band-pass filter, this method could make fault frequency clearer and avoid misdiagnosing.
