摘要
针对特定的车用柴油发动机,开发了一种基于开关磁阻电机(SRM)技术集成的启动/发电机系统(ISAD)。根据ISAD的要求,设计了24/16结构、10kW的SRM电机,并进行了仿真,制定了控制策略,并基于TMS320F240型DSP制作了ISAD的控制系统,通过实际样机对启动能力和发电性能进行了试验验证和分析。为ISAD系统的进一步研制打下了基础。
An integrated starter alternator damper system (ISAD) was proposed based on the switched reluctance motor (SRM) technology for a specified kind of vehicle diesel engine. A switched reluctance motor (structure 24/16 and power 10 kW) was designed on the basis of the requirements of the ISAD system and simulation was conducted. Control strategies were also worked out. Furthermore, the control system for ISAD was fabricated based on TMS320F240 DSP. Test was carried out with prototype to verify and analyze the starter and alternator performance of the SMR. Thereby, a foundation was laid for further development of ISAD system.
