摘要
提出了基于公差的自动定位设计方法。按TTRS理论对特征分类,构建加工前特征集确定定位特征范围;对特征加工方向分类,提出定位特征选择的标准;对零件设计公差分类,确定与定位有关的公差类型,引入相对公差确定公差约束程度,构造相对公差邻接矩阵搜索相对公差,提出自动定位设计的算法完成定位自动设计,为CAD、CAM和CAPP的进一步集成提供基础。
A new method of automated setup planning based on tolerance was put forward. The features were classified based on TTRS (technological and topological related surface) theory, and the setup features were determined according to building pre-machining feature group~ the machining approach of features were classified in terms of characteristics of process planning of workpiece, then a standard of selecting datum features was presented~ the blue print tolerances were classified to determine tolerance types related to setup planning, the relative tolerance was introduced to determine priority constraint, the adjacency matrix was established to search relative tolerance, then an algorithm was presented to realize automated setup planning, which provided an approach for integration of CAD,CAM and CAPP.
