摘要
以通过常规浊度水混凝试验获得的4簇絮凝检测曲线为依据,用图形解析的方法分析了检测曲线的特征参数和投药量及沉后水余浊的关系。结果表明:絮体成长过程中尺寸变化的最大速率S主要受投药量的影响,且沉后水余浊随S值的增大而降低,S值因其检测迅速而适宜于混凝试验的分析;絮体成长达到平衡状态时的检测值Re因其检测方便、检测值可靠而更适宜指导投药控制等生产实践。
Based on the 4 clusters of flocculation monitoring curves acquired from coagulation tests on general turbidity water samples, relationships between characteristic parameters and dosage and residual turbidity are analyzed. Experimental results indicate that S,which is the maximum change rate of floes'size during coagulation, is influenced by dosage mainly, and residual turbidity decreases while S increases, S is suited to analyze coagulation test for its quick-detection;Ro ,the monitoring value when flocs reach their limited size, which can be monitored easily and reliably,is more suited to practical application such as controlling dosage.
