摘要
介绍了利用结晶器与铸坯之间的模拟装置对熔渣摩擦力测定的结果,分析和讨论了保护渣的粘度、熔化温度、结晶温度等物性对熔渣摩擦力的影响,测定的结果对研制新的保护渣具有一定的指导意义。
The result of determining the molten slag frictional force through simulating the condition between mold and slab by a simulation device was introduced, and the influence of the powder's viscosity、melting point、crystallisation temperature and etc. on the molten slag frictional force was analysed and discussed. The determined result has certain guiding significance on preparing new types of casting powders.
