摘要
建立了结晶器内连铸坯凝固传热的有限元数值计算模型,并就模型中两种凝固潜热处理方法,两种三点时间格式以及两种热容矩阵的应用进行了比较,同时研究了时间步长和计算网格大小对数值模拟结果的影响。
A finite element numerical model for solidification heat transfer of continuous casting slab in mold was established in the present paper and comparisons were made between the two kinds of processing methods for the solidification latent heat, the two types of the three points time pattern as well as the kinds of thermal capacitance matrix applied in this model. In the meantime, the effects of the time step length and the computing network size on the numerical simulation result was also studied.
