综合性防范措施减少门诊药房发药差错及其隐患的实践

Taking Comprehensive Precautionary Measures to Reduce Drug Dispensing Mistakes and the Hidden Danˉgers in Outpatient Dispensary

目的:减少门诊药房发药差错及其隐患,提高药品调剂工作质量。方法:在分析门诊药房发药差错及其隐患的基础上,采取相应干预措施,并对采取措施前、后的情况进行比较。结果:采取综合性防范措施后,发药差错数由40例减少为16例,差错下降率为60%;差错隐患数由178例减少为118例,差错隐患下降率为33.7%。结论:通过采取综合性防范措施,有效减少了门诊药房发药差错及其隐患,提高了药品调剂工作的质量。

OBJECTIVE： To reduce drug dispensing mistakes and the hidden dangers in outpatient dispensary so as to improve the quality of drug dispensing, METHODS： The corresponding intervention measures were taken based on the analysis on drug dispensing mistakes and the hidden dangers in outpatient dispensary, meanwhile the state after intervention was compared with that before. RESULTS： The drug dispensing mistakes decreased from 40 cases to 16 cases with the decreasing rate at 60% after intervention; and the hidden dangers of mistakes has decreased from 178 cases to 118 cases with the decrease rate at 33.7%, CONCLUSION： The drug dispensing mistakes and the hidden dangers in outpatient dispensary have been decreased effectively and the quality of drug dispensing has been improved through the practice of the comprehensive precautionary measures.
