Cost-Effectiveness Analysis on3Chinese and Western Medicines in the Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation

目的:评价3种中西药物治疗老年功能性便秘的成本-效果。方法:186例患者随机分为3组,分别给予福松冲剂、六味安消胶囊和补中益气汤,治疗12wk后观察3组治疗效果,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:3组治愈率分别为77.6%、83.3%、85.5%;成本分别为963.52元、877.00元、850.12元;成本-效果比分别为1241、1052、975;A、B组相对于C组的增量成本-效果比分别为1435、1221。结论:六味安消胶囊(B组)为老年功能性便秘较佳的治疗药物。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the cost- effectiveness of 3 Chinese and western medicines in treating senile functional constipation. METHODS： 186 patients with senile functional constipation were randomly assigned to receive Forlax powder preparation for infusion, Liuweianxiao capsule and Buzhongyiqitang respectively, the therapeutic efficacies of the 3 groups were observed and the cost - effectiveness analysis were conducted 12 weeks after treatment. RESULTS： The cure rates for the 3 groups were 77.6%, 83.3% and 85.5%, respectively; the costs for the 3 groups were 963.52 yuan, 877.00 yuan and 850.12 yuan, respectively; the ratio of cost to effectiveness were 1 241, 1 052 and 975, respectively; the incremental cost - effectiveness ratio of Group A and B were 1 435 and 1 221 as compared with Group C. CONCLUSION： Liuweianxiao capsule（Group B） was the preferred option for the treatment of senile functional constipation.
