紫外分光光度法测定洋葱提取物中总黄酮的含量

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Onion Extracts by UV Spectrophotometry

目的:建立洋葱提取物中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为270nm。结果:芦丁检测浓度在0.002～0.01mg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9978),平均回收率为99.15%(RSD=1.52%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of total flavonoids in onion extracts.METH- ODS： UV spectrophotometry was adopted in the determination with the detection wavelength set at 270nm.RESULTS： Good linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the detection concentration of eldrin was within a range of 0.002- 0.01mg/ml（r= 0.9 978）, the average recovery was 99.15% （RSD= 1.52%） .CONCLUSION：This method was simple, rapid and accurate.
