尼莫地平对脑梗死患者急性期血清sICAM-1影响的研究

摘要 将60例急性脑梗死患者分为梗死1组和梗死2组各30例,发病后均予常规对症治疗,梗死1组加服尼莫地平(30mg/次,3次/d);另设30例健康查体者为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附法,分别检测用药前24h内及用药3～5d、10d、14d时的血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)浓度.结果脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),用药第10、14d,梗死1组血清sICAM-1浓度明显低于梗死2组,P<0.05.认为血清中sICAM-1的浓度可准确反映脑梗死后炎症反应介导的脑损伤程度和炎性反应的进程;尼莫地平可抑制脑梗死急性期sICAM-1表达上调,减轻炎性反应.
