产学结合,让学生在工程环境中成长,是培养应用型工程技术人才的途径;形成双师型多学科教师结构是增强教学科研实力,办出专业特色的保证。
This paper showed the combination of practice and learning, letting students grow in the engineer- ing environment was one way to train applied engineering technical talents. It also pointed out that the structure of teachers to be teacher and engineer and multi-displine was the guarantee to strengthen teaching and research and characteristics of the speciality.
